Kilroy Realty

San Francisco  /  2015 - Present

Manager, Graphics and Marketing

Led the company graphics program, including print, digital, and environmental graphics for both the corporate and sub-brands across Kilroy's $7BN portfolio. Worked to establish a minimalist, clean aesthetic tone across various mediums and assets. When not actively designing, directly managed the output of two graphic coordinators, and approved all department graphics, company-wide. 

 

  • Created original brand identities for select multi-million dollar assets (case study)

  • Revised and expanded branding identities and visual systems for developments and stabilized assets (case study)

  • Developed new corporate templates and graphic standards under various brands and sub brands to be used by multiple departments, regions, and consultants, helping enforce a recent company brand refresh 

  • Spearheaded the creation and organization of brand toolkits for the corporate brand and sub-brands, including the introduction of CC libraries into the marketing workflow

  • Both designed and supervised the design of marketing collateral, including websites, brochures, presentations, pitch books, environmental graphics, event graphics, email blasts, print and digital advertisements, and event collateral 

Balfour Beatty Construction

Marketing Project Lead

Coordinated with cross-functional project teams to design and produce business proposals for public and private work, assisting with over $350M in awarded projects.

  • Designed custom layout and graphics for print and electronic marketing collateral

  • Identified and implemented alternative brochure delivery tools (i.e. digital magazines/flipbooks, interactive PDFs) gauging for compatibility conflicts between different platforms and operating systems. Collaborated with west region IT developer to create website that houses new digital content

  • Managed division-owned photography inventory on digital asset management site and conduct market research with client relationship management system 

  • Wrote about division updates, events, new hires and initiatives for national intrasite

Marketing Coordinator

Designed and distributed all print and electronic promotional materials for 10+ brokers in the Hayward office.

 

  • Created data visualizations for projects and reports (i.e. offering memorandums, quarterly reports, marketing proposals, BOVs, tour packages) and presentations for potential clients and investors

  • Spearheaded new email blast campaign schedule to create a more proactive approach to marketing efforts, and avoid market-saturation
